Cancellation Policy

At Willow Wellness Counseling, LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Because of this, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If a session is canceled, missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged. This fee is not refundable and cannot be billed to insurance.

We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions may be made at the discretion fo the therapist. Otherwise, the full fee applies.
